RSI Wins Connecticut Department of Labor UI Integrity Project

June 20, 2012.  Pembroke, MA – Revenue Solutions, Inc. (RSI), a company that specializes in providing revenue and compliance management products and services specifically to revenue, labor and child support agencies at the Federal, State and Municipal level is pleased to announce it has signed a contract with the Connecticut Department of Labor (CTDOL) to implement its Labor Premier® UI Integrity Warehouse solution.

The scope of services for the Integrity Software project includes the installation and configuration of the UI Integrity Warehouse software. This entails the loading of internal data sources from the CTDOL mainframe and the development of selections aimed at identifying potential employer and claimant fraud.

Over the past few years, CTDOL had experienced unprecedented levels of unemployment insurance claims and with it, an increase in UI fraud. The agency therefore sought a solution to prevent and detect potential fraud within the Unemployment Insurance program. The solution, a proven Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) product, is to provide a comprehensive inspection of its current UI data, while being flexible and expandable for investigating current and emerging UI fraud schemes.

The project includes data loading into the UI Integrity Warehouse, the analysis of data to identify potential fraud crossmatches and the training and knowledge transfer required for CTDOL to use and operate the system.

This project represents the latest contract between the State of Connecticut and RSI. It follows RSI’s implementation of their Modernized e-File (MeF) software for the Department of Information Technology and Department of Revenue Services, as well as the contract announced in April of this year to implement several Collections improvement programs, including Risk Based Modeling, for Connecticut’s Department of Revenue.
